At FEJ we strive to provide you with the best service possible. Part of this service is making sure you receive your order quickly and efficiently. Most orders ship in two business days, Monday through Friday, as long as the product you ordered is in stock. In most cases, we have products in stock and ready to be shipped. However, in rare situations, if the product you ordered is momentarily out of stock, your order will be shipped as soon as the product is available.
Once you have added an item to your cart, you will see all the available shipping options and shipping costs to your destination.
SHIPPING DURING HAJJ SEASON
To avoid the stress of last minute orders (on our team and customers), the EMS shipping option will be deactivated 15 days before the start of the annual Hajj. All purchases made with less than 15 days to go before the start of the annual Hajj will need to be fulfilled through express delivery options such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, etc.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping fees will be calculated once items have been added to your cart. International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.
FEJ is not liable for lost shipments with EMS. If you need a trackable, expedited shipping method, please choose one of our other shipping options. International orders shipped via EMS will take up to 3 days for processing.
The tracking number provided in the order confirmation email for EMS shipments is solely used for package identification, not for tracking.
FRAUD PROTECTION
We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of cardholders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
