At FEJ Gear we want your complete and undivided attention to be on your spiritual journey. That’s why we’ve taken it upon ourselves to create steadfast products that will not fail you during the (most) important pilgrimage of your life. To achieve this we go through great lengths to source high-performance materials, incorporate resilience into our designs, and test our products in high-stress environments to ensure they stand up to what your journey will entail. So rest assured that our products will function exactly the way they were designed to for your journey and well beyond. If for any reason, or in any way, they fall short of your expectations, we’ll take it upon ourselves to make it right.

Our warranty does not cover general cosmetic wear like scratches, stains or scuffs. A well-traveled backpack is certainly something to wear with pride! If any damage happens as a result of our products being used for other than their intended purpose, then the terms of our warranty will not apply. But if anything breaks as a result of regular use, then we’ll be happy to provide replacement parts, repair or replace the affected product.

This warranty is only for the original purchaser and is only valid on gear purchased from FEJ Gear or an authorized reseller. Your experience with our product matters to us.
