If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns that do not meet these requirements. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process and exchange. If the return is a result of receiving an incorrect of defective item, please contact us for a return label. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you could receive a refund earlier. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return item(5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you believe that your order is received damaged, please take a photo of the original packaging so we may follow up with our shipper if needed.
